Following Qenda’s instructions the process of preparing and using Ultimate Fibre is really quite simple.

Serving Suggestion:

• Serving scoop included in the pack (10g – one level tablespoon).
• Mix two level scoops of Qenda Ultimate Fibre (or one level scoop for children under 12 years) in 350-400ml of water
  in a shaker bottle once or twice daily.
• Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
• Drink immediately. If left for a short period after shaking product will thicken.
• Best taken 10-30 minutes prior to meals.
• Close the lid tightly after opening it and store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate.
