HerbiTea’s range contains mainly Australian ingredients. Some herbs grow much better in other countries where the natural environmental conditions are more suitable to their needs. In these cases, HerbiTea has chosen to import high-quality, organic herbs and ingredients that are unable to be grown in Australia.

How much does this tea weigh?

Each bag of HerbiTea has either 50g or 100g of HerbiTea’s comforting Sleepy Blend tea blend depending on the size you choose.

How long before this product expires?

Packaged in a resealable bag, these herbs are picked fresh, carefully dried, and packaged in their optimal state. Once the bag has been opened the shelf life is typically up to 12 months. Be sure to store this blend in a cool dry place, and keep the package out of direct sunlight.

Is it easy to make?

HerbiTea recommends using either a fine or extra-fine infuser for their teas. To brew, simply add 1 teaspoon of HerbiTea Sleepy Blend tea per cup to your favourite pot and allow to steep in the water of approximately 80°C or 176°F for 3 to 5 minutes for optimal benefits, or allow to boil at 100°C or 212°F for 3 to 5 minutes to enhance the flavour.

Does this Sleepy tea come in bags?

No, HerbiTea’s Sleepy Tea blend does not come in tea bags. This is a loose-leaf herbal tea blend.

Where is my order coming from?

Detox & Cure is a small Australian business, along with our other products, we ship the HerbiTea range to you out of Brisbane. If you live in another country there may be additional time required for your order to get to you.

What is the delivery time frame?

For orders sent to addresses in Australia, these can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to get to you. Regional and remote locations do tend to take longer to be delivered as a result of limited services.

International orders will take longer for deliveries to be completed. Countries that are on major shipping routes are typically delivered anywhere from 14 and 20 business days once sent.

At times there may be delays beyond our control within various postal networks. We appreciate your understanding in such matters, and we will actively monitor your delivery and keep in touch about the progress as we have updates.

What if I want a refund?

We do offer refunds for purchases, including HerbiTea’s Sleepy Tea blend provided they are in line with our Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy. Refunds are not available for change of mind or as a result of shipping delays beyond our control.
